Wilfried Leammon - Team Leader

In 1993, I accepted an athletic scholarship to Victorvalley Community College.  In 1995, I graduated with an Associates of Arts degree in Liberal Arts.  I then accepted a scholarship to Chadron State College in which I graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.  Shortly after, I started with Wells Fargo Financial  as a manager Trainee and was promoted to Branch Manager and served in that capacity for 5 years.  During that time I made hundreds of  mortgage loans to customers that needed “creative financing:”.  This experience has been invaluable in helping customers who need mortgage loans with unique circumstances. 

In 1998, I received the Manager Trainee of the Year award.  This is given out to the top trainee in the region.

Between 1999-2001, I was rated as a Distinguished Manager.  This is the top annual rating a manager can receive.  In 2001,  I also received the Leadership award, which is given out to the top manager in the region.  After spending 5 years with the finance company, I transferred to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.  In the 2 years that I spent there, I was the top producer in Idaho.  I also was a member of the Leaders Club in which only 20 loan officers company wide are honored this title annually.  For the 2 years I have been at my current employer: Home Mortgage Resources. In 2004, I was given the Rookie of the Year Award and in 2005 I was the Loan Originator of the Year.  In the last 9 years of mortgage lending experience,  I have helped hundreds of customers with their real estate needs. 

My primary concern always has been, and always will be is customer service.  I strive to make transactions as rewarding as possible for all parties involved.  My combination of management background, customer service orientation, and handling difficult mortgage loans  uniquely qualifies me to handle mortgage transactions.



Darcy Goods - Loan Officer

I have been in the Mortgage Industry for over 14 years and have been working with Wilfried for about 6 years. As part of the Leammon team, I believe that customer service is the most important aspect in helping you through the loan process.  I have purchased and refinanced homes and gone through the process. I understand the importance of having phone calls returned promptly and knowing that your mortgage company makes you a top priority.  My solid experience provides me with a vast array of knowledge to find just the right program to meet your individual needs. Every client has different goals, so I try very hard to find the right loan program to best help you to obtain your specific goal.  Another important part of working with the Leammon team is the follow up after your loan closes. I will keep in contact with you after your loan closes to monitor your needs and make sure the loan you currently have, is still the best one for your situation. As your life changes, so will your needs and we want to make sure your mortgage loan is meeting all your needs during each aspect of your life. My number one goal is to find the right loan for you and make the process as stress free as possible so we can become your lender for life.



Lisa Soito - Mortgage Assistant

Lisa joined the team in August 2005 with a focus on client care.  She moved into the processing role in March 2006.  Lisa’s collects the necessary information to get your home loan closed in a timely manner.  You will always know the status of your loan and get answers that are clear and concise.  Lisa works hard to ensure your loan is closed quickly and as stress free as possible.  The Leammon Group believes customer service is the most important aspect of helping you in the loan process and is dedicated to meeting each client’s needs.
